AMSA UHD Chapter

  1. Fill out the membership form below

  1. Pay annual dues of $25 via CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or by cash
  2. Accumulate 20 points per semester by attending events, answering weekly social questions, referral, etc. 
  3. Attend 2 general meetings per semester (or attend 1 general meeting and take 1 missed meeting quiz) 
  4. Commit to the events signed up 

NOTE: According to Article V of AMSA UHD Constitution and Bylaws, members may request a refund within 14 days of paying dues. Member’s will not be identified or affiliated in any capacity with AMSA UHD Premedical Chapter.
